When you sign up for service, we will collect a credit report from TransUnion in order to determine if you will be required to pay the installation fee and first month's service charges at time of installation. Depending on your credit history, we may choose to invoice you for the installation and pro-rated first month's service after the installation is complete.

Velocity does not share its customers' information under any circumstances except as required by court order or warrant.

Employees are only allowed to access your personal information in order to place an order for service or provide you with customer assistance.

Velocity may change or modify this Policy at anytime without notice and you agree to review it from time-to-time. You agree to be bound by such changes unless and until you notify Velocity that you are unwilling, in which case all services will be terminated.
