Site Survey
You will need to confirm line-of-sight or near-line-of-sight to one of our wireless access points. A service technician may need to visit your home or business to perform a free-of-charge site survey.

Installation
A service technician will need to install a wireless transceiver on the outside of your home or business. If you have a home or small office router, the service technician can help set this up during the installation.
